Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned:
- Jewelry (due to intimate nature of wear)
- Hats & Beanies (for hygiene protection)
- Corsets (as intimate apparel)
- Any items marked as Final Sale
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
