We offer seamless global delivery to fashion lovers worldwide! Currently, we ship to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx – perfect when you need those going-out essentials faster.
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS – ideal when stocking up on multiple trend-forward pieces.

How long does order processing take?

Each order is carefully handpicked and inspected at our Oakland boutique, which takes 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way to you!

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery because we believe finding your perfect fit should be joyful! Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. Please note: final sale items marked “Back In Stock” or “BEST SELLERS” may not be eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
